Top Chef Tomi Björck and his team will open a new restaurant at street level at Hotel St. George, Boon Nam, where you will enjoy the nuanced flavors of Thai food, the aromas of the Asian spice market and the lively and relaxed atmosphere.
The name of the restaurant Boon Nam means good luck. - You have to take responsibility for your own happiness and well-being. As a chef, I also want the food to feel good overall, Björck say.
