From 24/7 gym access to HYROX training and the restorative rituals of our spa, your membership gives you the freedom to train hard, recover well and find your own balance.
St. George Care is a licenced HYROX Training Club.
Your membership includes
- 24/7 access to Playground gym – train on your own schedule and work towards your personal goals.
- Access to our sauna and pool facilities during opening hours – make recovery part of your routine.
- NEW! HYROX training opportunities – challenge your strength, endurance and functional fitness through a dynamic training format combining running and functional workout stations (launch 31.10.2026)
- Neurosonic relaxation – complement your active lifestyle with a moment to unwind.
- Member breakfast at Hotel St. George – enjoy breakfast for €18 from Monday to Friday (regular price €39).
- Flexible membership pauses – pause your membership when life takes you away, subject to membership terms.
