Warm pool water, a cold plunge pool, relaxing saunas, and Neurosonic lounge chairs offer an opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and give your body time to recover. Complete your experience with personalized treatments and massages. The spa is available for our treatment guests and members. The spa and pool area is included in all our room categories except for the Cozy room category.

Playground is a versatile gym for both goal-oriented training and maintaining an active lifestyle. We are now also an official HYROX Training Club, bringing performance-driven training as part of the St. George Care wellness experience. Combine strength training, endurance, and recovery into a complete package tailored to your goals. The gym is available to our hotel and member guests 24/7.

The age limit for St. George Care spa, gym and treatments is 16 years. Please wear a swimwear in the spa area.

Sustainable choices for your wellbeing
We believe that holistic wellbeing is built on sustainable choices and values aligned with our own. Throughout our hotel, we focus on energy efficiency, recycling, and material selection, ranging from responsible sourcing to minimizing plastic use and choosing reusable products. In our spa, for instance, we use washable slippers instead of single-use ones, and we strive to minimize the carbon footprint caused by laundry transport.
We want to offer our guests a sanctuary where you can relax and recharge with a clear conscience. Our hotel holds the Nordic Swan Ecolabel as proof of our commitment to meeting strict environmental standards.
Please note that while our hotel is certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the St. George Care spa section itself is not part of the certification, as there is currently no specific Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria available for spa operations.
