from the airport
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is located approximately 20 km from Hotel St. George.
There is a convenient train connection directly from the airport to Helsinki city center (I and P trains). Trains generally run every 10 minutes from early morning until late evening. The journey from the airport to the hotel by public transport takes less than an hour. Bus line 600 also operates between the airport and the city center.

A taxi ride from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport takes about half an hour. There is a taxi stand right in front of the airport. Our hotel reception is also happy to help you book a private transfer service. More information about booking a transfer service further down.
By car & parking
Hotel St. George is located in the center of Helsinki, at Yrjönkatu 13, 00120 Helsinki.
EuroPark P-CityForum parking garage
Guests of Hotel St. George have the option to use EuroPark’s P-CityForum parking garage at a daily rate of 36 euros (normally 39 €), which can conveniently be paid at the hotel reception on the room bill.
Upon arrival at the hotel, inform the receptionist of your vehicle’s registration number, and our reception staff will add the charge to your room bill. You can also purchase multiple parking days.
During the paid daily parking, you can exit and enter the garage without paying separately each time you leave. The parking time starts from the time of entry and lasts 24 hours.

Exit is possible around the clock.
The pedestrian route from the garage to the hotel is located less than 200 meters away, at Kalevankatu 3. The exit from the garage is near corridors C/D and G/H. Hotel St. George guests are advised to park on the upper or lower levels near these corridors. At the garage entrance, there is a code device where you enter your vehicle’s registration number to open the door. This entrance is open 24/7. Other entrances can be used according to their opening hours.
Note: Hourly parking cannot be paid at the hotel reception, but must be paid according to EuroPark’s pricing either at the parking garage or via mobile payment. More information and a map of the parking garage can be found via this link.
AimoPark Erottaja parking garage
The entrance to AimoPark Erottaja is at Yrjönkatu 8-10. The daily rate is 36 €, payable on-site at the payment machine upon departure. Up-to-date hourly rates can be checked on AimoPark’s website.
Entrance hours: weekdays (Mon–Fri) 6:00 AM–12:00 AM, Saturdays 8:00 AM–12:00 AM and Sundays 10:00 AM–12:00 AM. Exit is possible 24/7.
When parking at AimoPark Erottaja, we recommend finding a parking spot near the Bulevardi exit. Bulevardi 2-4 is about 200 meters from Hotel St. George.
Street parking
There is a limited number of city street parking spots around the hotel. Yrjönkatu, which runs past the hotel, has 60-minute and 2-hour parking spots. There are also 4-hour parking spots within the block.
Parking fees apply on weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Always check parking fee signs on-site. On public holidays, Sunday restrictions apply, and on holiday eves, restrictions for that particular weekday apply. There are no free parking spots in downtown Helsinki during weekdays in the daytime.
Hotel St. George is located in payment zone 1, where parking costs 4 €/hour. Payment can be made via certain mobile apps, ticket machines with specific bank and credit cards, contactless payment, or by text message. Up-to-date prices and other information can be checked on the City of Helsinki’s website.
