What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 15:00 (3 pm), and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Both are subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in (from 7 am) starts from 100€, and guaranteed late check-out (until 5 pm) starts from 80€, depending on your room type
Is the reception open 24/7?
Yes, our reception is staffed around the clock to assist with late arrivals, luggage, or any other requests.
Can I store my luggage?
Absolutely. We provide secure luggage storage at the reception for both arriving and departing guests.

What room types do you offer?
We have 153 rooms across six categories – Cozy Studio, Serenity Studio, Companion Twin, Sky Attic Studio, Atelier, and Atelier with Balcony – as well as five unique suites: Church Park, Poetry, Finlandia, Coupole, and St. George.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes, Finnish tap water is among the cleanest in the world. Every room includes a glass bottle you can fill from the tap and use with your in-room soda water machine.
Do rooms have Wi-Fi and entertainment?
High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests. Our TVs are equipped with Chromecast, allowing you to easily stream content from your own devices.
Is the hotel non-smoking?
Hotel St. George is a completely non-smoking property, including electronic cigarettes. A designated smoking area is located near the main entrance.

Breakfast is available from 06:30 to 10:30 am on weekdays and 07:00 am to 12:00 noon on weekends. Special opening hours during holidays will be published on our site. We recommend booking your breakfast slot in advance.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes, please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary needs, and we will be happy to assist.

What facilities are available at St. George Care?
Located on floor 0, our spa includes a Finnish sauna, steam room, swimming pool, and cold plunge pool. Use of these facilities is included in most room rates (excluding Cozy Studios).
Do I need to book a time for the sauna or pool?
Booking a time slot is highly recommended to ensure a relaxing experience.
Is there a gym?
The Playground Gym is open 24/7 for hotel guests and can be accessed with your room key.
What is the age limit for the spa?
The age limit for the St. George Care spa and pool area is 16 years.

While we don't have our own garage, guests can use the nearby EuroPark P-CityForum at a discounted daily rate of 36€, payable at the hotel reception.

Are pets welcome?
Yes! Pets are allowed in selected rooms, the Wintergarden Bar, St. George Bakery, and at specific tables in Restaurant Boon Nam. Pets are not permitted in the main breakfast room.
Do you provide cribs for babies?
Yes, baby cribs are available and can be brought to your room free of charge.
Are there age restrictions?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay alone; younger guests require a signed permission slip from a legal guardian. Age restriction for the spa is 16 years.
