The Healthspan Stay

A stay that could change your next thirty years.

Your body already knows where it's heading. Do you?

The Healthspan Stay is a one-night experience designed in collaboration with Hintsa Performance – bringing their evidence-based approach to long-term health into the heart of St. George.

Your stay includes a Healthspan Readiness Review with a world-class Hintsa coach: a personal assessment of your physical readiness - the metrics proven to predict your future health (InBody, strength, biomechanics profile) - and lifestyle habits. After, you’ll sit down with your coach to review your results and create a personal plan to build your long-term health trajectory. The rest is yours: the spa, the food & drinks, the art, the city.

Something rarer than a retreat or a check-up: an unhurried stay where long-term health finally gets the attention it deserves.

The experience includes:

  • Hotel stay in your preferred room or suite
  • Hintsa Healthspan Readiness Review: a 2-hour private session with your Hintsa performance coach, combining guided physical assessments and an in-depth wellbeing review
  • Delicious breakfast
  • Access to St. George Care spa's sauna and pool area & 24-hour gym access

The experience can be booked for one or two. With two people, it is required to book separate review sessions after one another.

Booking terms: Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the desired test date. Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival by 6:00 PM. For cancellations or changes made after this time, the hotel will charge a fee equivalent to one night’s stay. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Following your Healthspan Readiness Review, you have the opportunity to continue your journey with a Hintsa expert team in a bespoke one-year coaching programme. Where the Stay creates awareness, Hintsa Ultimate is your starting point for life-long change.

This stay is not a medical service. It does not include services such as a doctor’s consultation, labs, or other medical screening tests.

When booking your Healthspan Stay, you will be paired with experienced Hintsa coaches Salli Tommola or Jacob Jungell.


JACOB JUNGELL, Performance Coach

Jacob is an experienced exercise physiologist with nearly a decade of expertise in fitness testing, coaching, and teaching exercise science. He specialises in endurance and strength training, performance testing, and helping clients live less sedentary lives.

With a structured, science-based approach to coaching, Jacob supports clients in setting realistic goals and turning them into clear, actionable plans to improve long-term health and overall wellbeing.


SALLI TOMMOLA, Performance Coach

Salli Tommola is an exercise physiologist with a master’s degree in Sports Sciences, specialising in nutrition. She combines academic expertise with firsthand experience as a former competitive dancer at national and world championship level.

Working with a wide range of clients, Salli takes an individual, holistic approach to coaching helping clients understand the connection between physical health, mental resilience, and daily habits supporting sustainable wellbeing and long-term health.


MORIZ WIKSTRÖM, Performance Coach

Moriz is an experienced performance coach with close to two decades of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of environments from Formula 1 to corporate leaders and performing artists.

With a warm and intuitive approach, Moriz creates a safe and inspiring space where clients can build sustainable habits, strengthen wellbeing, and reach their full potential.
