Dining Room Elias

Dining Room Elias of Hotel St. George is the largest meeting room in the Wintergarden, for up to 14 people. The space is excellently suited for large meetings and an impressive setting for special banquets.

It is dedicated to the history of the building. The various historical roles of the building are combined in the Dining Room Elias. The St. George building earlier housed the Finnish Literature Society and the Finnish Club. Hotel St. George wants to honour its history. Dining Room Elias has a collection of facsimiles of Suometar, one of the first Finnish-language newspapers, pictures and extracts from the time when Finnish journalists and the cultural and business elite met in the building.
