Terms & conditions for St. George Social Media Giveaways
ORGANIZER:
The giveaway is organised by St. George Oy and possibly a partner mentioned in the social media post. The competition is not organised by Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered in any way, nor is it in any way related to Meta.
COMPETITION TIME:
The time you can take part in the competition is always disclosed in the giveaway post. The winner will be contacted after the competition period ends by St. George @stgeorgehelsinki Instagram account via DM.
PRIZE:
The prize will be distributed to the winner via email as a digital hotel gift card if not mentioned otherwise. Detailed instructions to redeem the prize will be shared with the winner via email.
If the prize includes product gifts, these will be given to the winner in person during their stay at the hotel and cannot be delivered by post or any other means to the winner.
The giveaway hotel stay and other parts of the prize are to be enjoyed at the same night and are subject to availability. The hotel and possible partners have the right to restrict the availability to redeem the prize during peak times, such as holidays and special days.
Travel costs to/from Hotel St. George and Helsinki are not included in the prize.
TERMS:
The competition is run by St. George Oy.
The prize cannot be converted into cash or other consideration. St. George Oy reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value for any reason.
Entrants must be 18 years old or over to enter the competition. The prize will not be released to a minor.
All necessary information relating to the prize will be provided to the winner after the draw has been done.
PERSONAL DATA:
The personal data of the participants will not be used for marketing purposes without their consent and will not be disclosed to third parties. All personal data submitted for participation will be processed in accordance with St. George Oy's Privacy Policy.
The rules of this competition apply to all participants. If an entrant is suspected of misconduct or non-compliance, the entrant may be disqualified from the competition without notice. The organiser reserves the right to change these rules.
