
Social media giveaway – Omorovicza gift set
1. ORGANISERS The giveaway is organised by St. George Oy. Instagram and Meta are not involved in the organisation of this competition.
2. ELIGIBILITY The competition is open to all adults resident in Finland, excluding employees of companies and their family members who have participated in the preparation or implementation of the competition or any part of it.
3. WARNING ABOUT SCAM ACCOUNTS, PLEASE NOTE! There are a lot of scam accounts out there that fish for the contact details of the participants. For example, a scam account may copy the logos and images of a genuine account and send private messages to participants. So please do not share any of your details unless you receive a private message from a real representative of the organiser. You can identify the real account by its URL. We will never ask for your credit card details, ask you to register for anything or announce the winner in the comments section of the competition. The contest organizers are not responsible for the actions of any fraudulent accounts or any consequences thereof.
4. ENTRY To enter the competition, please only use the raffle post on the Hotel St. George and St. George Care Instagram account. The participant fills in their answer in the comment box of the shared sweepstakes post, follows the above mentioned accounts and thus enters the contest.
5. CONTEST PERIOD, WINNERS SELECTION AND PRIZE The contest period is July 1-7, 2025. The drawing will take place after the end of the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Participants will be entered into a prize draw to win Omorovicza gift set (incl. the Omorovicza product package). Omorovicza Elixir 30 ml, Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist 30 ml, Omorovicza Cleaning Foam 30 ml (total value 260 €).
Total 3 gift sets will be drawn among all respondents. The prize must be claimed by 31 July 2025 in person at St. George Care. The organizer will contact the winner no later than five (5) days after the draw and will provide instructions on how to contact them to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification of the win, the organizer will redraw the prize in question. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. DRAWING AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE The prize will be drawn at the end of the competition period. The draw will be conducted by a representative of Hotel St. George Marketing. The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram using St. George Care account and asked to provide their name and contact details to claim the prize. The winner must claim the prize in person by picking up the gift set at the reception desk of the St. George Care Spa during normal opening hours. The prize cannot be delivered by post or any other means.
7. PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA The personal data of the participants may be used for the purposes of communication in connection with the competition. The data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for direct marketing purposes, unless the participant has given his/her express consent.
8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS The organiser reserves the right to make changes and reserves the right to amend these rules. The organiser is not responsible for any IT-related impediments to participation in the competition. The winner of the prize shall indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, the partners of the competition and the partners of the aforementioned parties from and against any and all liability arising out of or alleged to have arisen out of participation in this competition or receipt or use of the prize. However, this exemption from liability does not affect the rights of the consumer under consumer protection law. The organiser reserves the right to modify, extend or suspend the competition at the organiser's discretion due to technical problems or other force majeure. Participants are not entitled to compensation in this case.
